YOUR ORDER

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via 1st Class Royal Mail. Orders over £75 will be sent by special delivery unless requested otherwise where a signature may be required upon delivery.

Postage fees are kept low and are fixed at £1.99 for UK orders and £3.99 for the rest of the World. Separate orders will be combined into a single package prior to dispatch and the single postage fee will be applied.

Free postage is available on all orders over £40 with the discounts automatically applied in your shopping cart. A certificate of posting that provides evidence of shipping is obtained for all orders. A digital copy is available upon request. All orders are insured via the Royal Mail service use default terms of conditions. For further information, compensation rates for non delivery and values please refer to the Royal Mail and/or Post Office websites.

Order tracking numbers are used and will be included in your order notification email. Please use this tracking number on any queries you have. We offer a no quibble 100% full refund if you are not entirely satisfied with your order. If you need to return any items, for whatever reason please contact us using the contact form on this website within 14 days.
